The ranch has had some introduced whitetail deer genetics over the years. Green Branch Creek is a wet-weather creek that meanders through the ranch. This ranch has good surface water with 8-9 tanks throughout and 4 water wells. One of the wells has a pump capable of producing 50 ± gpm. The Nueces River flows along the eastern part of the ranch.
