Truck loading capacity is approximately 300 tons per hour. Additional improvements include two Avery Weigh Tronix truck scales measuring approximately 174 feet each, a large improved yard with aggregate base, truck circulation and staging areas, and an on-site pond. Originally developed for frac sand transloading and later permitted for coal drying and truck loadout operations, the property demonstrates flexibility for a variety of industrial uses. Strategically located with convenient access to I-37 and US 281, the site allows for efficient transportation to the Texas coast, San Antonio, and surrounding industrial markets. Ideal for frac sand and proppant distribution, aggregate and construction materials, cement or fly ash terminal operations, industrial minerals, oilfield services and logistics, or other bulk storage and distribution applications.
